Delivery

i. Standard Delivery

Below is our usual courier services company that we will be using to deliver your product, in any case if there are any issues which require other listed official service company, ankpets.com reserves the right to appoint it. :

ii. Processing Time

Order will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

iii. Delivery Duration

Standard Delivery time frame is as follows:
East Malaysia - 2 to 3 working days
West Malaysia - 4 to 5 working days

iv. Delivery Rate

Within Peninsula West Malaysia
For Orders above RM 200 = FREE SHIPPING!
For Orders below RM 200, follow the rates below:
First 3kg : RM6.00
(3-10kg) : Subsequent 1kg + RM1.00
(Above10kg) : Subsequent 1kg + RM2.00

Delivery to East Malaysia
Follow the rates below:
First 1kg : RM16.00
Every Subsequent 0.5kg + RM6.00

Orders will usually ready in 24 hours
You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick-up.
Please present your order confirmation (email or screenshot) upon collection.
