Founder's Story
ANK Pets was founded in March 2022 by two passionate pet lovers, Ken and Anna, with a shared vision — to build a better pet care experience for every furkid.
Ken, a 90s entrepreneur and former founder of Ken Pets, began his journey in the pet industry at just 18 years old. With over 10 years of sales experience and a deep understanding of customer needs, he brings strong leadership and industry insight to the brand.
Anna, a young and driven entrepreneur with a background in marketing, joined the pet industry in 2022 and co-founded ANK Pets. With her strong management and planning skills, she played a key role in building and growing the brand from the ground up.
STARTING SMALL, DREAMING BIG
Early Days
In the early days, with limited capital, they started from a small rented unit above a shop, living and working in the same space to reduce costs. With only a small team and long working hours, both founders took on multiple roles — from sales and cleaning to pet care and marketing — driven purely by passion and determination.
Expanding Across Malaysia
Rapid Growth
Through consistency, hard work, and a genuine love for pets, the business began to grow steadily. By early 2023, ANK Pets had already achieved significant milestones and built a loyal customer base.
From its first location in Seri Kembangan, ANK Pets expanded rapidly. In 2024, three new branches were established in Kuchai Lama, Kepong, and Melaka Raya. In 2025, the brand continued its growth with the opening of Batu Pahat.
