Return & Exchange
i. Eligible for Return / Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective item
- Expired item delivered
- Missing items from your order
For the above cases:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order (Through WhatsApp +601113078136 OR email ankpethouse@gmail.com)
- Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

ii. Not Eligible for Return / Exchange
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
- Pet treats or food with broken seals
- Items not purchased from our official website
iii. Product Condition for Return
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in resellable condition
- Original packaging intact

Failure to meet these conditions may lead to rejection of return/exchange.
iv. Return Shipping Charge
Customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund
i. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method (depending on payment gateway).
ii. Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
